The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Treasury Management Specialist to support treasury and business operations functions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative and financial tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
Part-Time - 3-4 days in office in Montclair
Support daily treasury management and back-office processing activities
Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and documentation
Prepare, update, and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Assist with data tracking, reconciliations, and reporting as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
Perform general administrative and operational support duties
Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and compliance requirements
