The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Treasury Management Specialist to support treasury and business operations functions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative and financial tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • Part-Time - 3-4 days in office in Montclair

  • Support daily treasury management and back-office processing activities

  • Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and documentation

  • Prepare, update, and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

  • Assist with data tracking, reconciliations, and reporting as needed

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Perform general administrative and operational support duties

  • Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and compliance requirements
