We are looking for a high performing individual with experience in public accounting (audit) to join our consulting practice in our New York office. Your primary responsibility will include participating in client engagements and preparing related deliverables for our transaction services and accounting advisory projects, including due diligence engagements, preparing financial analyses and quality of earnings analyses, preparing client-ready reports and presentations, managing project timelines and team assignments, communicating directly with clients and stakeholders, and providing technical accounting and financial reporting guidance throughout each engagement. Responsibilities will consist of supporting engagements in M&A due diligence, valuations, forensic analysis, technical accounting, financial reporting, systems implementations and process improvements. Travel may be required.
