Large construction company with operations across the Tri-State finds itself in need of CPA reviewed financial statements to satisfy debt covenant compliance.
A large construction company was seeking an accounting firm to partner with as part of satisfying requirements of its debt agreements. Part of a large private equity firm’s investment structure involved the creation of various joint venture entities for facilitate their investment process. As part of year-end, the firm’s auditor required a US GAAP financial statement for each of the joint venture entities.
