The Role

We are looking for a high performing individual with significant experience in public accounting (audit) to join our advisory practice. Your primary responsibility will include completing client projects and related deliverables for our advisory practice. Responsibilities will consist of leading engagements in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, IPO readiness, litigation support and audit assistance. Travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

• Accounting*

• Auditing*

• GAAP*

• Microsoft Excel

• Over 5 years experience preferred
